Important Reminders


Show Date Reservations and Show Approvals
Show dates listed on the Show Date Reservation form must be the exact dates for the AMHA show only. The judge fee of $30 per judge must be sent WITH the show approval application and premium information. Please inform the club treasurer of this policy.

AMHA Office Fee
Submitting show results costs $1.00 per horse per judge.  Results submitted manually will have an added $200 surcharge. 

Judge's Placement Cards
Judge's Placement Cards available on the AMHA website under Mgr's Forms for Show managers to download at no charge.

You should provide your judges with the forms and scoresheets needed to judge specific classes like Showmanship, Hunter, Versatility, etc.

AMHA SHOW STEWARD

The AMHA Show Steward Program is designed as a resource for the AMHA and Show Management to assist in managing the quality and quantity of task management at AMHA show events. Show Stewards will assist the AMHA and Show Management as an intermediary, liaison, and representative as needed within the parameters of the AMHA Rulebook as pertaining to Horse Shows, the rules and regulations of the Association, and in the spirit of serving the membership.
