Youth > AMHyA Executive Committee

The AMHyA Executive Committee works with the AMHA Youth Committee to help plan activities and events for AMHA Youth on a nationwide scale. In addition to this, the Youth Executive Committee is also responsible for executing fundraising and procuring donations for planned activities. Above all, council members serve their club and association by setting examples of sportsmanship, community, and unity within AMHA.

If you would like to hold a leadership position as a member of the AMHyA Executive Committee:

Step 1 - Review the AMHyA Leadership Manual.

Step 2 - We will post more information as it comes in from the Youth Committee.

AMHyA PRESIDENT

ISABELLA SENG

Hi, my name is Isabella Seng. I am a junior from Sarasota, Florida and am looking forward to serving as your 2024 AMHyA President. I have been involved with miniature horses for eleven years and Shetland ponies for four years. My favorite things about showing are spending time with my horse show family and making friends with youth from across the country. In addition to showing minis and ponies, I am the 2023 and 2024 Florida Miss Teen Agriculture USA, and I am learning more about the various branches of agriculture.

EVAN MANNING

Hi. My name is Evan Manning. I am a 17-year-old sophomore from Loganville, Georgia. I am looking forward to being your AMHyA Vice President for the 2024 season. Growing up with a medical conditional that eliminated most sports, I found miniature horse showing when I was eight, and I have loved working and showing my horses since then. I am not sure what my future holds, but I hope miniatures horses continue to be a part of it for many years to come.

Hello! I am the Youth Executive Committee Secretary. I've been showing miniature horses for over 10 years now, and I look forward to showing for many more! I also have experience with the bigger ones; I rode and showed the Arab circuit for about five years. I showed at the Regional level until I moved onto Saddlebreds! I am so excited to become more involved in the heart of AMHA and contribute to the best of my abilities.

Hi, my name is Addyson Head, and I am your 2024 Treasurer for AMHyA Youth. I am in 8th grade and live in Cypress, Texas (a suburb of Houston). I've been a part of AMHyA for four years now. From the first moment I started training with minis, I fell in love with their gentleness, athleticism and beauty. When I'm nor spending time with horses, I enjoy running track, participating actively in my church ministry and hanging out with my 4 other siblings. I also am the Vice President for Student Council at my school. It is an honor to have a chance to serve this Association and participate in the leadership of this amazing club!

JORDAN HENRICH

Hi, my name is Jordan Henrich. I am 15 years old, and I am in 10th grade. I am pleased to be the Eastern Vice President for the 2023-2024 AMHyA committee. A hobby that I like apart from showing horses is playing the trumpet. I have been playing the trumpet for over 3 years now and I really enjoy learning new things to play. Another thing I love is going to horse shows. I love going to horse shows because I can show all my wonderful horses and be around amazing people from all over the nation. My favorite classes to take part in are roadster, obstacle, driving, and hunter. The main reason I love these classes so much is because I can do them all with my amazing horse Cooper. I like to spend time with Cooper, he is a loveable horse, and I could not have asked for anything better.

My name is Victoria Kirchman and I just turned 13yrs old!   I fell in love with minis when I was about 3 years old in Ocala, FL.  I got to meet Mini Hooves of Love therapy horses.   Flash forward to 2019 we traveled to a central regional show, and I was blown away with the versatility of these small, packaged horses. We drove to Kentucky and the rest is history!!  2020 was my first show year and my favorite are

all the classes!   Looking forward to learning more about my role in AMHyA and becoming a leader and role model for future generations!  Good luck to all our youth exhibitors in 2024 - it’s gonna be a great year!

FAITH BOWEN

Hi my name is faith Bowen, I have been showing miniature horses for 9 years. I’m from Weatherford, Texas and am currently 14 years old.  For me, my favorite part about showing horses is the family environment. Having such a supportive group of people is a blessing. As well as you’re always learning, horses show us through their actions of how much they care for us.  Through all the trials we go through in life, our mini friend is always there to comfort us. AMHA is truly a home away from home. I’m so excited to be a part of the committee and help increase the youth positivity. Outside of minis I ride and show on a ranch horse team, showing reined cow-horses. In future I hope to be involved in ministry and run an equine breeding program.
