The American Miniature Horse Association STUDBOOK ONLINE is the world's leading Miniature Horse database, that contains over 200,000 registered horses of AMHA. Here you can browse or search the database to find individual pedigrees that includes: foaling date, sex, color, blood type, status, sire, dam, number of foals, siblings, show information, where the horse was born, current owner, everything you need to know in one place for a low yearly subscription of $50.00!

Unlimited access means that during the course of the year you may use the studbook and access as many Horses as you wish. You many not, however, distribute your Login ID and password to any one else. Concurrent logins (two or more computers at same time) are prohibited and may result in loss of privileges.

To get signed up, simply click on the above link to get redirected to the "SIGN-UP FORM" option on Studbook Web page. Complete the online signup form prior to sending in payment. Anniversary date will be one year from date account is made active.

Horse Information

  • Horse Name, Horse Id, Foal Date, Sex, Color, Blood Typing, Status, Height.

  • Sire Name, Sire Id, Foal Date, Sex, Color, Blood Typing, Status, Height.

  • Dam Name, Dam Id, Foal Date, Sex, Color, Blood Typing, Status, Height.

  • Breeder Name

  • Owner Name

Foal Information

  • Foal Name, Foal Id, Foal Date, Sex, Color, Blood Typing, Status, Height.

  • Parent Name - Other Parents name.

  • The above two lines repeat the above two lines for every foal.

  • Total - Total number of foals listed.

Show Information

If the horse has placed in the top 2 of the World Show those results will be listed: Year, Class, Result.
